Stuart guides the property selection and vetting criteria
for Assetz for Investors and is an active investor himself with
a UK and international portfolio
including
off-plan UK buy-to-let, student property, holiday home lettings in Europe and
UK commercial property and development.
Stuart founded the Assetz group of companies including Assetz
for Investors Limited, the property investment specialist focusing on the UK,
as well as Assetz International delivering carefully selected overseas
property through specialist divisions in France, Spain, Cyprus and Bulgaria. He also
founded Assetz Finance Limited that quoted for loan and mortgage business of
£1.6 billion in 2003/4.
Believing that property investment is a medium long term opportunity,
Stuart endorses the use of repayment mortgages where possible for in order
to maximise future income whilst at the same time
